GEORGIANA HEAD TAX SPECIALIST

Director

Georgiana is a graduate and post graduate from London University. While still a student she worked for the Capital Taxes Office checking public access to private art collections for the ‘Tax Exempt Good & Chattels List’. She then trained in Taxation with Price Waterhouse in the mid 1990’s where she completed the ATT exams. In 1997 she moved into taxation recruitment in London. In 2000 she moved from London to Leeds to help establish an office in Leeds. After working for other companies in Taxation recruitment for 10 years Georgiana decided in 2007 to start her own practice: Georgiana Head Recruitment Ltd.

Georgiana is also a committee member of ‘’Women in Tax’’ and a serving member of both the ‘Business Development Steering Group’ and Chair of the ’Members Steering Committee ‘of the Association of Taxation Technicians and is on ATT Council.

Outside of work Georgiana spends time attempting to juggle the demands of taxi service for a teenager, feeding of the menagerie/family, trying to fit in some exercise with being a school governor and dog walks.

ALISON TAIT TAX SPECIALIST

Former Director

Alison Tait was a founder shareholder of Georgiana Head Recruitment. She worked with the business for 15 years completing a wide range of tax placements in industry and practice. As a CTA qualified she was instrumental in organising and running the Leeds and Yorkshire Branches of CTA and ATT annual dinner dance and she was a long standing committee member of the Leeds branch. In 2022 Alison left Georgiana Head Recruitment to move in to an examinations role in a leading school in West Yorkshire.

Maureen Chaduc

Recruitment Administrator

Maureen is an ACCA qualified accountant and book-keeper. She originally trained as an electrical engineer working in production control. As her career developed she moved in to marketing roles and completed her Chartered Institute of Marketing – Marketing Operations qualification. In 2003 she joined a local firm of accountants and completed her ACCA. Maureen runs her own book-keeping and accountancy business and has experience of personal and business taxes and VAT. She supports Georgiana Head Recruitment Ltd with administration and book keeping services.
